Cell phone Situation at 17 Again
Kari, Bussie (Morgan B.) and, I were at the movies watching 17 again. You could just smell the aroma of all the popcorn and candy. The audience was loud, then the movie started and it was as if someone had just said something random or uncomfortable and there was a moment of silence. Then, the previews started. You could hear the people chomping on their popcorn as you stuff some cookie dough Dippin' Dots into your mouth yourself. Then I heard a strange noise, and apparently so did Bussie and Kari for they turned to look at me in confusion, but then the movie got good and we all got pulled back into the land of imagination. all of a sudden, we saw a quick flicker of light. "Look, down there, do you see it?" Bussie asked me. "I see it!" Kari said. "Dito" I replied. There it was, where the sound and the flash had come from. About three rows down from us there was a girl with her friend, they looked about a year older than the three of us. One of them had their cellphone on adn was taking pictures of Zach Afron. " Should I go over there and ask them to stop?" I asked Kari and Bussie. "Yeah!" they said, excited to see how this would turn out. I got up, I could feel the seat pop up as I went over to them. I turned back to look at my friens, they were smileing and laughinsg as I was approching them. "Um, excuse me." I said. I waited a few seconds but nothing happened. "They didn't hear you, try again!" Bussie whispered. "Okay." I said. "Mam, all cellphones are supposed to be off right now." I whispered. Thinking that I was the worker the girl sheepishly turned her cellhone off and put it away. I went back by Kari and Bussie and we alughed the whole rest of the movie.
